Guys she will never not be a BAMF. I am sorry, but Relena Peacecraft-Darlian will be my favorite lady ever. Because she is strong and kind and brave and a little lonely but never unwavering in her passion and in what needs to be done.
Honestly Gundam Wing fandom’s worst sins in my mind will always be how much they underestimate her, and how much they discount her because you watch that series again and you will see how she grows and how she learns and she becomes this amazing character who taught me how to be a better person, how to stand up for what I believe in and to just be more kind, more compassionate and more sure of myself than any other being fictional or otherwise. Fuck being embarassed about this but it is true.
Relena, no matter who you ship her with or whatever, is amazing and beautiful and I will stand up for her every time because after ten years I am done having to deal with fandom trying to ruin her for me.

I honestly believe that if you watched Gundam Wing and did not think Relena was either a) one of the most interesting characters in the show, b) a kick-ass leader (especially for a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD), c) true to her beliefs, or d) a constant political and emotional force throughout the entire series, you didn’t watch anything but the shiny robot battles. And this is coming from someone who loves shiny robot battles, okay. Even when I was ten and more into the Gundams than the politics
and I didn’t care much about the Heero/Relena romance but totally knew Trowa and Quatre were boning, I loved Relena.Haters gonna hate and all that, but haters will never be as awesome as this fierce lady, so bitches better respect.
