Deus ex Machina’s Relena is pretty adorably awkward. She’d love to have some real friends to hang out with, rather than some (REALLY VERY NICE, OF COURSE!) weirdly obsessed with her classmates. She’s not really sure how to go about that, though, mostly because she has no idea how to be casual with anybody. Mostly aside from that she just wants to go to school and get her straight A’s and study business and languages and Colony culture so she can get into a good university. But even that’s been difficult recently, because the new transfer boy is really intent on apologizing sincerely for trying to kill her, and he’s brought these friends with him, one of whom is getting the attention of male and female students alike despite his apparent tendency to threaten people with knives if they don’t do what he wants and the other of whom is clearly brilliant and an impressive martial artist but obviously just as awkward as she is. Also she’s pretty sure they’re all Colony rebels sent to Earth to set fires and generally raise a terrible ruckus.
So she looks like this a lot.

The desk in my office is probably overly simple, but it helps to keep my mind at ease during work.
Aside from my computer and phone that are practically bolted to the wood, I like to keep a fresh vase of lilies or orchids in the corner. I have the photograph of my father, mother and me from when I was around 13 to always watch over me.
Lastly, no one but a select few will know why, but I always have a certain stuffed brown teddy bear on my desk while at work. I’m sure he would probably laugh at me for holding onto something so sentimentally, but I cannot help it. It was the first gift anyone had ever given me that meant to much… And I can always use it as an excuse to ask where Heero might be off to this time.

Mobile Suit Gundam Wing : Relena Peacecraft / Heero Yui
Vous savez dans un anime, il y a toujours une fille que vous n’aimez pas. Surtout quand la dite fille est entourée de mecs qui vous serviront pour faire des fanfics yaoi pleines de sous-entendus (voire très explicites).
Relena Peacecraft est l’archétype parfait de la fille qu’on a casé dans le scénar pour avoir une fille. Réagissant toujours à retardement aux évènements, inutilement courageuse, elle vous donne envie de la taper et de la jeter dans l’espace, simplement parce qu’elle pourrit le paysage.
Néanmoins, les concepteurs de la série ont fait un effort sur l’uniforme. L’école que fréquente la demoiselle (et dans laquelle s’incruste Heero) est huppée et il fallait donc une tenue en conséquence. J’apprécie le côté anglais 19ème siècle.
Composition :
- Relena : ensemble prune, jupe bordée de bleu marine, chemisier blanc (ou mauve) manches, col et boutonnières en dentelles, noeud papillon.
- Heero : costume complet, veston rouge, chemise à col cassé et noeud papillon long.
